Blue Elephant is based in a 19,000 sq. ft. warehouse in South Godstone, just an hour from Central London. Our talented team takes great care of our multitude of clients including global corporations, high-net-worth individuals, festival promoters and historic venues.

Will Kemp
Managing Director

Will has held a lifelong passion for production. His expertise includes lighting, sound, video & interactive technology. His in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, combined with creativity & technical ability ensures Blue Elephant is an industry leader in innovative events.
Jason Hartnoll
Executive Director
Jason brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked for over 20 years in the live events & experiential industry. He has a proven track record in sales & business development along with the project management of global events and account management of our top-level clients.
Director / CFO
Chris has spent his entire career working in the lighting rental industry, working as an accomplished visualisation specialist supporting design teams on a range of major high-profile international events.

Commercial Director

Dan has worked in live events for over 20 years, starting in the concert and touring sector supporting acts such as Pearl Jam, Kasabian and Robbie Williams. Later he shifted focus to business development in the corporate events sector, helping clients to amplify engagement through technology.
PROJECTS TEAM
Tom Evans
Special Projects Director
Tom has more than 18 years experience in delivering projects in the events industry. Having delivered major projects such as NATO, COP, G7 as well as large fixed installation projects. Tom oversees project delivery processes, structure, quality and continuity of service.
Paul Teigh
Projects Director - Installations
Paul oversees our services to the cultural sector - focusing on museum and gallery installations (both temporary and permanent). He has managed projects at many of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the UK including the V&A, the Design Museum, the Natural History Museum and the British Museum.
Gareth Dean
Senior Project Manager
Gareth has successfully delivered a wide variety of high-profile and logistically complex events internationally. From multi-million pound corporate shows to intimate weddings involving some of the world's biggest music artists; he supports clients from initial consultation to event completion.
Ollie Renouf-Donaldson
Senior Project Manager

Ollie has over 10 years experience within the events industry where he has built an extensive knowledge of providing technical support to live events and performances. He is a practicing drummer and bass guitarist.
Seb Buck
Installations Manager
​
Seb joined Blue Elephant in 2022, having already worked in installations for over a decade. He has worked on large-scale projects all across the globe and can often be found exploring the great outdoors with his seven dogs.
TECHNICIANS
Ciaron Harty
Senior Technical Manager

Ciaron has worked on a wide range of large-scale live events all over the world and brings this experience to the delivery and implementation of the technical services that Blue Elephant provides.
Ollie Stenning
Technician
​
Ollie is a great support to our team in The Lab, helping to ensure everything is prepped to perfection. On-site he is a key part of the technical crew, often operating our video displays and editing content.

Installations Technician
Simon joined the Blue Elephant team in 2018. Having now worked in the industry for over 18 years, with his extensive technical knowledge he is responsible for the installations at Blue Elephant.
Technician

Having completed a Bachelor of Music and Technology at the University of Liverpool, Jamie joined the Blue Elephant team with the skills needed to make every event a success. He specialises in audio.
Junior Technician
​
Keir joined Blue Elephant in 2023, having worked in events for almost a decade. He studied Live Events Production Management at university and builds motorcycles, small electronics along with custom sound systems in his spare time.
WAREHOUSE AND OPERATIONS
Laurence Harding
Operations Manager
​
Laurence has worked in events for over 18 years, running the scenic and warehouse operations for Blue Elephant. This includes managing inventory, overseeing scenery builds, ensuring quality control and optimising operational efficiency.
Ryan Goodall
Warehouse Manager
Ryan has worked in the events industry for over 9 years on many notable projects including the Queens Diamond Jubilee. He is responsible for ensuring our equipment is maintained to the highest standard and efficiently stored away.
Hire Coordinator

Michael runs Blue Elephant's dry hire of our premium audio, lighting and video equipment. In his spare time, he is a keen footballer, golfer and DJ (house/disco/techno).
Warehouse Technician
​
Bobbie has worked with technology for over 4 years and studied Music Technology at university. She specialises in video/cable and can often be found sorting out people's Mac issues (she has a boot drive on her keys).
Patrik Csontos
Warehouse Operative
Patrik has worked in warehouses for several years and is day-to-day involved in preparing our LED displays, staging & rigging. He is an active football and basketball player outside of work.
Kane Jamieson
Warehouse Operative

Kane can regularly be seen constructing rigging, staging, scenery and tech surrounds in our warehouse. He is a keen football player and online gamer.
Bill Graham
Driver
Bill has worked in logistics all his working life, having driven vans and HGVs for over 5 years. He has a particular fondness for driving trucks and loves to fish on the weekend.
FINANCE
Sharon Butler
Accounts
Sharon joined the Blue Elephant team in 2018. Day-to-day she looks after the company accounts and general bookkeeping duties.
